Ice-cold vodka and Sprite in equal parts, covered with your hand and slammed on the table before drinking it in one go, so it comes out fizzing.
Ingredients
- 45 ml (1½ oz) very cold vodka
- 45 ml (1½ oz) Sprite
Preparation

Pour the vodka and Sprite together into the shot glass.

Cover the glass with the palm of your hand, tap it once against the table (without spilling), and drink it in one go as soon as it starts to fizz.
Tips
- The tap needs to be short and sharp: hit it too hard and it overflows before it reaches your mouth.
