Gin with bianco vermouth and a cherry: the sweetest, softest of the Martini family.
Ingredients
- 75 ml (2½ oz) gin
- 15 ml (½ oz) bianco vermouth
- A cherry, to garnish
- Ice
Preparation

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the gin and bianco vermouth.

Stir with a bar spoon for about 20 to 30 seconds.

Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cherry.
Tips
- Bianco vermouth is sweeter than dry: if you've never tried it, it's a good way into the Martini world.
