Rum, Bailey's, amaretto and coffee liqueur with cream: the most loaded with sweet liqueurs on the whole list.
Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 oz) rum
- 30 ml (1 oz) Bailey's
- 30 ml (1 oz) amaretto
- 30 ml (1 oz) coffee liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz) half and half
- Whipped cream, to garnish
- Ice
Preparation

Put all the liqueurs and the half and half in a shaker with ice.

Shake well until frothy.

Strain into a glass with ice and top with a dollop of whipped cream.
Tips
- This one is very sweet and rich: it works better as a dessert drink than as an aperitif.
