Vodka, triple sec and grenadine flambéed in the shaker, with the same care as the Cucaracha and the Blaze.
Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 oz) vodka
- 45 ml (1½ oz) triple sec
- 15 ml (½ oz) grenadine
Preparation

Pour all three liqueurs into the metal lid of a cocktail shaker.

Light it with a long lighter from the side, keeping your hand and face away.

Let it burn for a few seconds and smother it with the other half of the shaker before serving.
Tips
- Same rule as any flambéed shot: stay away from anything flammable, keep the liquor bottle sealed and well clear of the flame, and have the shaker lid ready to smother it.
