Mint liqueur with champagne: fresh, with a distinct herbal finish.
Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 oz) mint liqueur
- Very cold champagne, to top

Pour the mint liqueur into a champagne flute.

Slowly top with the very cold champagne.
Tips
- If you prefer it lighter, cut the mint liqueur to 15 ml: the herbal note still comes through.
