Rum with apple, cassis and pineapple: a less common combination, fresh with just the right acidity.
Ingredients
- 45 ml (1½ oz) rum
- 30 ml (1 oz) apple liqueur
- 15 ml (½ oz) cassis liqueur
- 60 ml (2 oz) pineapple pulp
- Ice
Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a shaker or blender with ice.

Shake or blend well until combined.

Serve in a tall glass or large coupe.
Tips
- Cassis is fairly sweet: if you prefer it drier, cut the amount in half.
