Gin, blue curaçao and triple sec flambéed in the shaker lid, with the same care as the Cucaracha.
Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 oz) gin
- 15 ml (½ oz) blue curaçao
- 45 ml (1½ oz) triple sec
Preparation

Pour all three liqueurs into the metal lid of a cocktail shaker.

Light it with a long lighter from the side, keeping your hand and face away.

Let it burn for a few seconds and smother it with the other half of the shaker before serving.
Tips
- Same rule as any flambéed shot: stay away from anything flammable, keep the liquor bottle sealed and well clear of the flame, and have the shaker lid ready to smother it.
