Ice-cold vodka, served with a sugared lemon wedge to bite into right after the shot.
Ingredients
- 90 ml (3 oz) vodka, very cold
- A sugared lemon wedge

Put the vodka in the freezer a while before serving.

Roll the lemon wedge in sugar and have it ready next to the shot.

Drink the shot in one go and bite into the sugared lemon wedge right after.
Tips
- The sugar on the lemon cuts the tartness right after the shot: that's what keeps you from wincing.
