Lemon sorbet with champagne: half drink, half dessert.

- 2 scoops lemon sorbet
- Very cold champagne, to top

Put the scoops of lemon sorbet in a wine glass, filling it about halfway.

Slowly top with the very cold champagne.
Tips
- Serve it right away: let it sit and the sorbet melts, losing the whole point of the texture.
