Vodka with a piña colada base and a touch of mint: creamy and very green.
Ingredients
- 45 ml (1½ oz) vodka
- 90 ml (3 oz) piña colada mix (cream of coconut + pineapple juice)
- 15 ml (½ oz) mint liqueur
- Ice
Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a shaker or blender with ice.

Shake or blend well until creamy and lump-free.

Serve in a tall glass or large coupe.
Tips
- If you buy the piña colada mix pre-made, check it doesn't already have alcohol in it before adding the vodka.
