Tequila with bianco vermouth, vanilla liqueur and lemon: an unusual, well-balanced combination.
Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 oz) tequila
- 30 ml (1 oz) bianco vermouth
- 15 ml (½ oz) vanilla liqueur
- 15 ml (½ oz) lemon juice
- Ice
Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Shake well for about 10 seconds.

Strain into a chilled glass.
Tips
- Vanilla and tequila isn't an obvious pairing, but the bianco vermouth bridges the two.
