Rum with pineapple liqueur and pulp, blended with ice into a slushy texture.
Ingredients
- 45 ml (1½ oz) rum
- 30 ml (1 oz) pineapple liqueur
- 75 ml (2½ oz) pineapple pulp
- 2 cups ice

Put all the ingredients in the blender.

Blend until it reaches an even texture, with no loose chunks of ice.

Tips
- If you use fresh pineapple instead of packaged pulp, strain it first so no fibers end up in the drink.
