Rum with Coca-Cola and a touch of lime: the simplest, most reliable highball there is.
Ingredients
- 45 ml (1½ oz) rum
- 30 ml (1 oz) sour mix
- 90 ml (3 oz) Coca-Cola
- Ice
- A lime wedge, to garnish
Preparation

Fill a tall glass with ice.

Add the rum and sour mix, stir.

Top with ice-cold Coca-Cola and garnish with the lime wedge.
Tips
- Add the Coca-Cola last and don't over-stir: stir it too much and it loses all its fizz.
