Vodka and grenadine with a splash of Bailey's that curdles instantly into clumps, exactly as the name suggests.
Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 oz) vodka
- 30 ml (1 oz) grenadine
- 30 ml (1 oz) Bailey's

Mix the vodka with the grenadine in the shot glass.

Add the Bailey's all at once, in one go: on contact with the acid in the mix, it will curdle into clumps.
Tips
- It's normal (and part of the fun) for the Bailey's to curdle into clumps: add it gradually instead of all at once and it won't happen.
