Rum with blue curaçao, pineapple and sour mix: tropical, sky-blue, and well balanced between sweet and tart.
Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 oz) rum
- 15 ml (½ oz) blue curaçao
- 60 ml (2 oz) pineapple pulp
- 45 ml (1½ oz) sour mix
- Ice
Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a shaker or blender with ice.

Shake or blend well until combined.

Serve in a tall glass or large coupe.
Tips
- If you use frozen pineapple pulp instead of fresh, blend it straight from frozen: saves a step and keeps it colder.
