Vodka with coffee liqueur and pineapple, blended: the least obvious combination of the batidas, and one of the best.
Ingredients
- 60 ml (2 oz) vodka
- 30 ml (1 oz) coffee liqueur
- 60 ml (2 oz) pineapple pulp
- 2 cups ice

Put all the ingredients in the blender.

Blend until it reaches an even texture, with no loose chunks of ice.

Tips
- Coffee and pineapple sound like they shouldn't work together, but the result is more balanced than you'd expect: don't rule it out before trying it.
