Brandy, cocoa liqueur and cream, a classic after-dinner drink finished with cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 oz) brandy
- 30 ml (1 oz) cocoa liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz) half and half (half cream, half milk)
- Cinnamon, to dust on top
- Ice
Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well until frothy.

Strain into a chilled coupe and dust cinnamon on top.
Tips
- If you can't find half and half, mix equal parts heavy cream and whole milk: it gives the same result.
